I am writing weekly blog posts all about human optimization. I've always been curious of understanding the depths of human capability and believe the way we have been 'taught' to live isn't conducive to human performance. Performance used to mean to be - strength, athleticism, and success. After my own personal journey, which will never end I've realized it is about present-moment living, healing, balance, trusted community, safety, security, respect and I can go on.
When you are reading through the blog, I ask that you get very present with yourself. These blogs are made for you to dive deeper into your own understanding of your body. We aren't here to change anyone else, taking accountability for our own living is essential to a fulfilling life and longevity.
Throughout my journey as an Osteopath, I've also expanded my knowledge into eating healthy, eliminating the 'baddies', changing our mindset around how look at ourselves and our bodies, and lastly connecting to source. Do you connect to a greater part of yourself?
